Bread & Butter Bakery and Fine Pastries

We take baking from scratch to a new standard. Our baked goods are made with all natural ingredients, are preservative free and made totally from scratch. We take pride in using fresh sweet butter, real cream, Callebaut chocolate and pure vanilla in all of our products.

Using fresh local and seasonal produce, we always have something new and exciting in our store. Some highlights include our Strawberry Rhubarb Pie in the spring, Peach Cobbler in the summer, and our Pumpkin and Raisin Cake with Cream Cheese icing in the fall.

Our selection of daily baked products is far reaching and includes pies, scones, muffins, loaves, squares, tarts, cookies and much, much more!

Breakfast Items

A selection of breakfast items are baked fresh every morning.
Stop in to grab a bite on your way to work. Choose from a variety
of delicious muffins. Our favourites include Banana Chocolate Chunk, Morning Glory, Raspberry, Apple, Raisin Bran and

Looking for something more decadent than a muffin? Try one of
our Scones, available in White Chocolate Cranberry, Oatmeal
Chocolate Chip, Pecan Citrus, Cheddar and Herb, Raisin, plus

Pies

Try our best selling item, we have a wide selection of fresh fruit, cream and meringue pies to choose from. All are made with fresh ingredients and our very own hand made pastry. Each season we make new pies using fresh local ingredients. Some of our seasonal pies include Rhubarb, Strawberry, Peach, Pumpkin, Nectarine, Mincemeat and Pear.
